When we arrive at this jolly and united place of fun, we have to sign in on a sheet that is printed out and left on a clipboard on a desk.

This was (I was told) so that in the event of a fire evacuation we could make sure everyone was out of the building.

So why when I come in this morning has it been changed and there are now two boxes for each day, one for the time you got in, and one for the time you leave.

I know some of my "work pals" take the piss somewhat (well one in particular does - bastard) but why not have a word with them and get them sorted out?

No, much easier to monitor everyone and make us feel more like drones than adult working people.
